Shipping Policy – NexumSilk

1．Processing Time
All our products are custom handmade wooden carvings.
Standard small & medium custom orders require 5–10 business days for design, production and packaging before shipment.
Large-size, high-detail custom panels (such as 50cm×30cm and larger thick relief works) may take up to 20–25 business days.
Orders submitted on weekends or public holidays will start processing on the next working day.

2．Delivery Time
Standard shipping: 12–25 business days to the United States.
Estimated transit time is for reference only and cannot be guaranteed. Delays may be caused by customs inspection, logistics congestion or holiday peak seasons.

3．Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. We are not responsible for lost or returned packages resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by buyers.

4．Customs & Duties
Buyers are responsible for any local customs duties, import taxes and related brokerage fees incurred upon package arrival.
