These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the NexumSilk website and the purchase of products from our store. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Orders & Pricing

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices are listed in Thai Baht (THB) and may change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order.

Payment

We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) within Thailand and PayPal. For COD orders, please ensure someone is available to receive and pay for the parcel. Repeated refusal of valid COD deliveries may result in future orders being declined.

Shipping & Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. NexumSilk is not responsible for delays caused by the courier, customs, or events beyond our control.

Returns & Exchanges

Domestic returns for defective, incorrect, or size issues are accepted within 7 days of delivery. Returns and exchanges are not available for international orders. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

Product Colors

We have made every effort to display product colors accurately. However, actual colors may vary slightly depending on your screen.
