How do I place an order?
Simply browse our products, select your size and quantity, and add items to your cart. At checkout, fill in your shipping details and choose your preferred payment method. You will receive an order confirmation by email or message.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) within Thailand, as well as PayPal. More local payment options will be available soon.
How much is shipping?
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your address. Orders are shipped within Thailand using our local delivery partners. You will receive a tracking number once your order is dispatched.
How long does delivery take?
Most orders within Thailand arrive within 2–5 working days, depending on your province. Remote areas may take a little longer.
Can I return or exchange my order?
For domestic (Thailand) orders, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item if there is a defect, wrong item, or size issue. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition. For hygiene reasons, underwear and worn items cannot be returned unless faulty.
International orders: Please note that returns and exchanges are not available for international orders, so please check the size guide carefully before ordering.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, we will send you a tracking link by email or message. If you have not received it, contact us with your order number.
How should I care for my pajamas?
Machine wash cold with similar colors and gentle detergent. Tumble dry low or hang dry to keep the cotton soft and the prints looking fresh.
